work performed by Webtechz is controlled by the provisions and stipulations
in this documentation, whether expressed or implied. As a user of our
website or a client of WebTechz suggests your acceptance of these
provisions and stipulations.
Services Offered
We offer our services as a reasonable interpretation of the expertise
in the skills and knowledge we possess. As a client of WebTechz, you
consent to have us finish your development using the skill set as represented
in this website.
Procedure
In reaction to your query, Webtechz will furnish you with a quote valid
for only a 30-day period, if the quote has not been agree to by the end
of 30-days, a new quote will be required. If you accept the quote the
amount is binding and becomes a contractual agreement. Additional programming
or development not described or summarized in your quote will be deemed
a separate project requiring a separate quote for the supplementary work.
A deposit of 50% is required to initiate any project. Once the project
begins the deposit becomes entirely non-refundable.
Entitlement
Upon completion of your project, it will remain in the possession of
and exclusive rights under WebTechz copyright until the concluding imbursement
has been received. Then and only then is when all copyright and intellectual
property will be reassigned to you. WebTechz will not retain any rights
to work that have been paid in full however, we do maintain the right
to display copies of our work as part of our portfolio or promo data.
Service Cancellation
Should you for any reason; discontinue your project with WebTechz, all
rights of existing concepts and ideas as well as deposit will be forfeit,
any work already completed remains the property of WebTechz. It will
be considered copyright infringement to take any ideas or layouts developed
by WebTechz to any other developer for development and legal action would
be considered.
Errors
WebTechz will make a diligent attempt to make certain accurate spelling,
proper grammar, and precise punctuation etc, errors can still occur.
It will also be up to you to check for errors and oversights. WebTechz
will not be held legally responsible for errors in the information you
have printed. Errors that have been made on any web project will correct
as soon as possible not to exceed 30 days. NOTE: Allowable corrections
are to miss spelled words, improper grammar etc. Not included are changes
to the layout once approved or contents of your website.
Payment Terms
Final payment to be made within two calendar weeks (14 days) after your
project concludes. No project will be transferred to you until the final
payment has been made. Additional late fees will be attached after the
payment becomes 30 days delinquent.
